I was just reading this article of spot (http://www.spot.ph/featured/52575/the-philippines-in-lists) & found this article (http://www.spot.ph/blog/50918/mmda-disputes-metro-manilas-no-3-rank-on-cnngos-world-worst-cities-for-driving-list). Duh Tolentino, Metro Manila is probably the WORST place in the world to drive in. That is the only reason why I would want to migrate abroad. Bulag ka ba? Saan ka pa makakakita ng bansa na hinahayaan nyo at ng mga pulis ang mga PUV's na gawing terminal ang lahat ng sulok ng kalye...nagtatanong ka pa, either TANGA ka o BULAG!
